Jade Chao is a local historian. Her work takes the form of journalism and arts production. Her insight lies in the ways we do heritage on the internet. Jade's enjoyment of everyday and local storytelling came from growing up in the North London suburb of Edmonton.
She is a founding member of daikon*, a zine-publishing and community arts collective. She holds a MA in Museum Studies. She worked as an editor of the magazine magnumphotos.com for three years, and besides writing for magazines also self-publishes on Substack.
